SupportLine, by BCC Distribution
At BCC Distribution, we prioritize first-rate customer service for all our clients. SupportLine is BCC Distribution’s direct dedicated hardware, software, and services support department to provide our clients with fast and effective customer service. Not only are our barcoding productions and solutions reliable, but SupportLine is as well.
When our clients contact SupportLine, we work to directly address their questions, concerns, or product assistance requests. SupportLine has a team dedicated to initiating a support case to track your request until resolution. BCC Distribution can answer the following and more when valued clients reach out to our SupportLine department:
- Technical, functional, or usage questions on supplied products and services.
- Troubleshooting and consulting for delivered software or equipment.
- Order tracking and invoicing inquiries.
- Assistance to facilitate, manage, or provide guidance on equipment repairs or returns.
Once we receive your inquiry, we will reply with a case number and/or a solution if one is ready immediately. Most of our clients’ cases are Level 1, meaning that they’re solved quickly and usually through a solution over the phone or email. However, if your case is Level 2, BCC Distribution’s SupportLine will forward the case to the appropriate technical department and resources with the expertise for the BCC Distribution deliverable you’re inquiring about. If the department engaged in your inquiry finds that the solution is not part of the BCC Distribution original deliverable, is out of warranty, or doesn’t have active maintenance, SupportLine and your Account Executive will work to prepare a tailored proposal to achieve the right solution.
